Is it possible to create an Optimized Matlab RunTime to package with my app?

I just download the new version of Matlab RunTime and the installation file has almost 4GB!
But my app works with just three toolboxes (Signal Processing, Image Processing and Instrument Control). Is it possible to generate a Optimized Matlab RunTime with only those features?
