Unable to link the university license to MathWorks Account

When i was getting MATLAB and Simulink campus wide licence ,It showing an error "Unable to link the university license to MathWorks Account".
What should i do ???

Did you make sure to create the MathWorks account with your official institute e-mail ID? Campus-wide license is issued for the e-mail ID provided by your institute.

but still wont solve it
