5 phase park transform

Hello,
I would like to understand the park transformation block for a 5 phase system (abcde to dq0). The output vector contain an x and y component. Can anyone explain what tehse components mean physically or why are they their? I have written some code which does the calculation but I got the same values for both x and y. Can anyone link me some literature on this?
Thank you in advance!

Park transform for five phases is an extension from a three-phase machine. It converts the phase quantities of the stator into direct and quadrature components. The three additional quantities (namely x, y, and 0) do not contribute to a vector that has any spatial relationship with the rotor field. These are zero-sequence components.
