How can I see the source code of the .dll file that maltab can transfer

I see a lot of toolbox that contains some .dll file, I think it is very useful. Now I want to research the code but I cannot see the code, What can I do for that?

You can become an employee of the company that wrote the programs.
Unless, that is, source is also provided, in which case you can read the source.
It would help if you were to name a couple of specific examples.
