Hi,
The error "Function definition are not supported in this context. Functions can only be created as local or nested functions in code files." arises if you are trying to write this function definition in the command window. In MATLAB, functions cannot be defined in the command window.
In order to resolve this issue, you need to write this code in MATLAB Editor and save it with the filename 'flow.m'. You can then call this function from the command window as follows:
[t,P] = flow
I did the same and got the results successfully as shown below:
