Integration external C++ DLL with loadlibrary function to Matlab

I have a problem in loading the dll and headerfile written for Vısual C++ on matlab.

Since they were written for Visual C++, there appeared some variable type problems. I know that after making some small changes in the header file, it is working on matlab too. But İ don't know what these small changes are.

Can anybody help me?

There is too little information in your question. For starters, you may want to paste some sample contents of your header file and the errors that you get in MATLAB when attempting to load it.
