Fmincon does not change the values of the design optimization parameters

Hi,

I am using an optimization code that I have already built in MATLAB. It worked for me in the past, for another problem. Now, I am trying to apply the same code to another problem. After I edited and tweaked the code, I am getting an issue where the optimization function fmincon is only getting the initial values and do not change the values of the desing optimization parameters for new evaluations/iterations. I kindly ask for help for guesses on what might be wrong.
