Curvilinear Component Analysis on a data matrix.

I have a 2097 x 3 data matrix to which I want to perform curvilinear component analysis. I want to do this to better visualize the data in a manifold. I have not seen any code or app to this in matlab. Does anyone have a generic code for curvilinear component analysis which i can use.
