How can i change one of the block's start time of the model in simulink?

Hi everybody I make a model in simulink. I want to be diffrent the start time of the one block from the other. For example: The start time of the Scope is 1 but the start time of the other blocks are 0. How can i do it?Do i Write command in the callback's block? Please guide me. Regards

I have blocks in my model that include algebraic equations., When the blocks put together to form a closed circuit the model error "Simulink cannot solve the algebraic loop at time 0.0 using the TrustRegion-based algorithm due to one of the following reasons: the model is ill-defined i.e., the system equations do not have a solution; or the nonlinear equation solver failed to converge due to numerical issues. To rule out solver convergence as the cause of this error, either"
