I have matrix A (5 x 5) with known numbers, and a matrix B (5 x 1) with unknown variables. I have to solve the unknown values and put in a matrix (5 x 1). is linsolve the right command? any help would be appreciated. thank you so much!

Is this a homework assignment where you are required to use Cramer's Rule? What have you done so far and what specific problems are you having with your code?

Matlab way of solving a linear system of equations: Ax = b
A = magic(5); % matrix A
b = rand(5,1); % vector b
x = A\b; % unknown x
