2 cameras not working at the same time

I have 2 cameras to get stereo image. I calibrated the cameras but they are not working at the same time. When I change the order of the cameras it doesn't always turn on 2. I get the error ''The camera did not return a frame for this resolution''. I am using windows 10. I read that this problem is caused by windows 10. How can I fix this problem without deleting Windows 10?

What kind of cameras are they? Are they USB? Or IP cameras? Gigabit ethernet?
