When fitting PKPD data, I would like to fit PK data first and freeze the PK parameters when fitting PD data. I wonder if there is a simple way to freeze parameter and do sequential fitting.
Thanks!

Hi 悦 吴,
you can indeed do this with the following steps:
1. fit PK data with a Fit program
2. right-click on the program results in the Model Analyzer Browser and choose Create Variant from estimated Parameter Values

3. then create a new fit program to fit the PD data and apply the variant created in step 2.
Best regards,
Jérémy
