Integrate over contour values

Hello all
I want to know how can I integrate over the contour values on a surface. Basically, I had vectors x and y which were locations on the surface and on each location, I had a value for pressure. I have a rectangular contour plot. now I want to integrate the z values on the surface. Does anyone know how I can do that?
