FIle not found Packaging Error 2021a

I am trying to compile a WEB APP, using MATLAB R2021a. In the section Files required for your app to run, I have added a folder. The error says it cannot find this folder.
When I compile the same (with the folder added) in MATLAB R2019b, I get no errors.
The project was developed in both version of MATLAB, the error exists only in 2021a.
Note: I have added this folder into my MATLAB Environment Path.
Any help will be much appreciated!
