Replace "predopt" with "PSO" in neural network predictive controller

I want to change the Guassian Newton method used in the predopt optimizer to some metaheuristics like PSO, please how can I go about that?

I've got the predopt.m file attached and the PSO. I would be glad if a grateful heart can please help me edit it.

Please someone should help a MATLAB programming beginner like me. Thank you.
