Coverting Complex plant model in differential equations to Transfer Functions

Hi guys
I am having a Polymer Batch reactor plant model that has a set of 17 differential equations including energy balance equations, now I am trying to control the temperature of the reactor by manipulating jacket temperature, but I don't know how to convert such complex model differential mass and energy balance equations into transfer function. Can anyone help me out ?

You can take a look at this example: Model Differential Algebraic Equations for an idea on how to convert an ODE into a simulink model.
