How to plot 3d model

Hey guys,
so I plotted this Earth and these blue points (satellites). To make it more beautiful, I would like to make these points as real satellites. So instead of points I would like to have a 3d model of satellite. Can you please help me with this?
points are plotted using ''scatter''
