Rizzoli trunk biomechanical Model script

Hello all,

I was wondering if there was a MATLAB script available to analyse the biomechanical segements of the Rizzoli Trunk makerset. I have collected themarker trajectories in the Opitrack motive software and have exported the marker trajectories into a CSV file but now want to anayse the segements, made by the markers, against one another according to the Rizzoli trunk protocol.
