Importing and reading CATIA components in matlab

I want to import .CATPart file in matlab from CATIA software and I want to read the parameters which are associated with the that CATIA part form matlab software. How this is possible ??

You are dealing with Object Oriented Programing and as such, it is more related to CATIA than it's to MATLAB. It's better if you take a look at documentation in CATIA for it, even though that link looked very complicated, it isn't. Friedrich implemented some extra functionalities as an example how to program there.

Unfortunately, I can't as I haven't worked with CATIA in this mode before.

Just look for Excel examples with actxserver, there are plenty.
