How to access Struct datatype - Extract property and fields

Hello, i have exported data from simulator and on opening in workspace i have my data setup in (68 X 1) struct format with 3 fields (As shown in figure 1). On opening struct data, i have somewhat information as shown in figure 3. i want to explore and sort all the values saperately to work with them for example : Curvature values, lateral offset..etc. all 68 property rows aligned side by side with values under them for data processing. I am stuck and not understanding, how can i sort data saperately as per variable name. Any help will be appriciated. Thank you.
