Visual C++ runtime error when matlab runtime is requested at first

Hello,

I have .net apllication written on c# which interacts with MatLab runtime. When it requests runtime at first, "visual c++ runtime error" occurs. But after that, everything works fine. It has started to occur after upgrading matlab to latest version 8.1. Before that application had been working withou this error.

Any thoughts what it can be ?

Does the error message contain any additional information? Perhaps in the system's log files?

No, there are no logs, just message from system says ""Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unusual way". What's interesting, that it reproduces only once on the "clean machine". After first launching, I can reboot, turn off computer etc and there is no error, everything works.
