Need guidance for using CVT controller in CVT Simulink model.

I have been practicing Simulink modeling for automotive systems and need some guidance to understand how to control CVT model which i am attaching here using a CVT control block. I have been following MATHWORKS for a while and have laerned a lot. Thanks to all of you in Advance.
