How to observe the combined effect of free-space path loss (FSPL), slow fading/shadowing (SF), and fast/Rayleigh Fading (RF) in MATLAB?

I am trying to obtain plots for the combined effects of FSPL, SF and RF in a single MATLAB Figure. The expected figure is as shown below (Andrea Goldsmith, Wireless Communications, Cambridge University Press - Fig. 2.1). My MATLAB script is attached. My obtained plot is also shown here. Can anyone please let me know what is wrong with my approach/script?
