How to detrend the signal?

Folder signal 1 contain all the files needed to run the mat.file code and plot the signal.
The jpg file shows that my signal needed to be detrend so that it will stay on the proper axis.

Depends on what you define as the trend. Maybe a time varying signal? Perhaps movmean() or sgolayfilt() can get you a good mean from which you can subtract from the original signal.
