I'm trying to upload result from the Polyspace Bug Finder Desktop GUI to our Polyspace Access server. This fails and the window below shows.
What type of certificate is it that causes problem? My guess is that it is the SSL certificate as the web site connection is not shown as "secure" in my browser, but I'm not certain. Can you help me?

I am assuming you are able to log in to Polyspace Access without any issues.
To resolve this issue, you can try recreating the keystore certificate (.jks file) for the Polyspace desktop. You can download the certificate used in your web browser, and then use the keytool command to generate the keystore certificate. See more details in Register Polyspace Desktop User Interface.

I missed that I had to configure the communication channel between the Desktop program and the Access server. After following the documentation I successfully could upload results.
Thank you.
