Problem with property inspector when plotting

Hello, I have a problem with the property inspector when I am doing graphs. It starts up for me is nothing on it, no option to change. I have already installed the Matlab Runtime option, but that did not solve the problem. I Work on Windows 10.

Maybe someone had similar problems and found a solution?

I am unable to reproduce your issue, as I think it has been resolved in more recent versions of MATLAB.
