Simple Mask needed for frequency spike

I need some help with adding a mask to the frequecy plot below for filtering. I dont want yo use the toolsboxes and probably need an IF statement to declare the frequecy ranges I want to filter out. I will then use and inverse fourier transform to get te plot on the left. Any help on the mask would be of benefit as I'm a novice at matlab. Thanks.
