Simulink matlab-function C-compiler error

Hi, I tried to run a simple simulink file with matlab function but it gives that error "Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks." Insulation of SDK is failing. How I could solve this problem ? (windows 7 with matlab2012b)

When you say that installation of SDK is failing, please be more specific about the problem you observe.

Are you using 64 bit MATLAB or 32 bit MATLAB?

I am using 64 bit MATLAB. About SDK the installation can not be completed. It gives that error; " Installation Failed, A problem occurred while installing selected Windows SDK components".

Have you tried

   mex -setup

even after the failed installation? If the installation is failing, the components required may have made it through. I've seen that work before. Otherwise you may have to contact MS to determine why it won't install.

Yes I did but matlab says "No supported SDK or compiler was found on this computer."
