Hey,
I know that I can run a scan over various values of a species using the scan task. However, I'd like to generate dose response curve based on the steady state of these data.
for example, I'd like to scan the concentration of a cooperative Transcription Factor that binds to a promotor. and plot the steady state expression of that promotor as a function of the concentration.
Is that possible? Something like this:

Yes, it is possible. Have a look at this entry from the file exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/35995-using-simbiology-for-mechanism-based-pkpd-modeling-in-preclinical-discovery
