Subtract background for spectral analysis

I'm looking for a way to subtract the background from a spectral signal (Photoluminescent). How do I input this data into Matlab and subtract the background from my real signal? (the image is 120x120 so there are 14400 rows as expected. Each row represents 1 pixel of the image, in which each pixel contains an array of different wavelength that the spectral signal produces ). Here is the data I have on the software, with red and green region is real signal and black region is the background. When it is translated to signal, the blue line is the function for the real data and red line is the function for the background
Here is what the data looks like in the text format. From 553.519 to 691.818 is the wavelength for each pixel. Then the part I highlight blue is the corresponded intensity for each of the wavelength in ONE pixel. So if I scroll down, there are 14400 highlighted blue part like that because there are 14400 pixels
