Can I use a custom pointer in AppDesigner or uifigure in MATLAB?

I like to change the mouse pointer in figures generated by appdesigner.

In R2020a and later version, you can specify the mouse pointer shape for UIFigure.

ex:

f = uifigure; 
f.Pointer = "watch"; % busy system

Unfortunately using a custom pointer is not supported in AppDesigner / uifigure. There is no workaround.
