Control Design Onramp not appearing for a student

One of my students is trying to complete the control design onramp and it doesn't even show up in Simulink as an option. I had him check the version of MATLAB (2020b), the toolboxes needed (all present, as verified by the ver command), and he says he has completed the Simulink onramp. I believe he is going through our university cloud. Can you suggest anything else that I can have him check into?
