Is it possible to change the number of hidden layer in nprtool?

I was tasked by my supervisor to create a pattern recognition neural network by using nprtool and change the number of hidden layers in the network to observe the relationship between the number of hidden layers and the classification accuracy of neural network. I know that number of hidden neurons can be manipulated but I do not know how to change the amount of hidden layer. Can anyone help me with this issue?

It is - indirectly - use patternet and then use a vector as input:

net = patternnet(10);
view(net)

or if you need more hidden layers e.g. 3 use:

net1 = patternnet([10, 10, 10]);
view(net1)
