DATA NORMALIZATION AND STANDARDIZATION IN ML

Hello everyone!

I am new to ML models and will like to start with the nftool box and the regression learner app.

However, I understand that data should be normalized or standardized in ML model development. I will like to know if the nftoolbox and regression learner app automatically normalize or standardize data once data are imported into these toolboxes. Or should I normalize/standardize the data first before importing into the toolbox. I will love to avoid repetition, so I will love to be clear on this issue.

I'm pretty certain the app does not do any preprocessing on the data. You will need to apply any preprocessing manually to the data before pulling it into the app.
