quad for multi variable functions

I have a function which has 4 different variables and I want to find the numerical integration of it with quad command in case of just one variable. Is it possible?
for instance,
my functions f(x,y,z,t)
quad(f(x,y,z,t),x,0,inf)---> numerical integration in case of x
Therefore I need symbolic result...
Or do you have any other idea?

If you know the values of the other variables you could do
y=y0; %known fixed values.
z=z0;
t=t0;
quad(@(x) f(x,y,z,t), 0,largeNum)
