Implementing a real time clock in MATLAB Simulink

Hi All,
I have to implement a logic where a particular spike has to come periodically 1hr and continue upto 24Hr. For this i need to implement a real time clock in the Simulink. I am seeking help/suggestions to implement a real time clock. Please help.
