How do i use the int function to integrate this square wave to a triangular one?

I understand that you would like to plot a triangle wave by integrating a given square wave. int is used for symbolic toolbox integration. There is a similar question about plotting the integral of a given wave which has been answered. You can refer to it as a starting point:
