Error while installing MATLAB

I have tried to do every method to install the MATLAB by deactivating Antivirus changing the download directory and etc. But I am still unable to Install MATLAB onto my computer. I am getting the following error.

Connection Error

The application could not connect to MathWorks.

Are you trying to install onto your own PC with a direct connection to the Internet or on a PC which is part of a business / college / universtiy on their private network? If you are on a private network, the network settings can prevent your PC connecting to the Mathworks licence manger. No this is on my own PC. Itried to install offline without connecting to network using license file but I donnot know the procedure for doing that.
