BP Algorithm Efficiency problem

I have written a BP algorithm for Training, Validation and Testing data at the same time but it is very slow and not efficient. How I can make it efficient.

British Petroleum is what came to my mind first. In fact, I'd bet they have an incredibly improved program on "Training, Validation and Testing" after their drilling rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico a few years ago. But Imran says it's a program he wrote but, because he didn't provide his code, he must think Walter has finally completed his Mind Reading Toolbox.
