Unable to find base block in simscape multibody

Hi, I can't seem to find the base block in simscape multibody. It doesn't show up in the model section search bar neither in the library browser . I am trying to model a scissor lift. But I can't find Base Block. I am using matlab 2019a version

What do you mean by Base Block? You can find a World Frame block in the Frames and Transforms sub-category. The "Base Block" may also be a Brick Solid block and was named as "Base Block" a user.
