Simulink Sliders Disappear When Adjusted

Hello,

I have a Simulink model with tunable variables in the model workspace. I have connected these variables to sliders in the Simulink block diagram (see model attached to this post). However, whenever I run the model and try to adjust a slider, as soon as I select a new slider value (release my mouse), the slider disappears. I then have to double-click where the slider used to be in order to see it again. I am not selecting values outside of the minimum or maximum range of the sliders. If you have any information, please let me know.
