Hardware Configuration Settings for Arduino Mega 2560 on Macbook

Hello,

I just recently bought an arduino kit (Elegoo brand). I got all the necessary software downloaded in order to use simulink to run/use the arduino (required for the class I'm taking). The hardware verified when I downloaded the software, but when I went into the "Hardware Implementation" tab under the "Configuration Settings" i get the following error message when I select the 2560:

The data for the selected hardware 'Arduino Mega 2560' is invalid. Select a different hardware, or contact the vendor that provides the support for the target 'Arduino Mega 2560'.

Any assistance would be very helpful. Also, I have a macbook if that matters.

Hi Derrick,

This looks like an installation issue. Please reinstall the support package.

May I know the version of MATLAB that you are using?
