Here are links from the docs on setting up a Raspberry Pi and obtaining data from it. The second link has references to many examples to give you more details about using a Pi.
Here's a simple 'Hello world' example that should help you get started.
Regarding using Fuzzy Logic, here's a link that should serve as a starting point on using Fuzzy Logic in Simulink.
