What are the units of the complex eigenvalues from the eig function?
Will they be ?
[A,B,C,d] = ssdata(linsys1);
E=eig(A);

Hi Johannes,
In my point of view eigenvalues should be unit less. As it comes from following equation:
So, if Identity matrix have same units as of A that means λ is unitless.
