boxplots for two groups

Hi, I would like to create boxplots for two separate groups, and two separate variables. How do I display them on the same graph? I also tried to plot the two variables for a single subject but Matlab reported that the variables have to have same length. I am doing something wrong for sure. Thanks for your help!
