Solving system of ODE's numerically

Hi,

I have obtained the numerical solution for a system in ODEs using f = @(t,y) ...

How can I partially differentiate one of the solutions with respect to one of the equations.

Please go through the following documentation link to get an idea about solving Partial Differential Equation (PDE). In PDE the function being solved for depends on several variables, and the differential equation can include partial derivatives taken with respect to each of the variables.
