Power spectrum of an image

Hello,

I have binary images (black and white). I have some questions:

1) How can I get the power spectrum of these images? I need to have the power spectrum of the image as function of the position, i.e. along the length of the image. Is there any code?

2) Is it possible to create the power spectrum of images with a length different from the height? example length= 5 mm and height= 1mm

To plot the power spectrum of an image, periodogram can be used.

An example usage

I = imread('dummy.jpg');
% Plots the periodogram
periodogram(I);
