How to plot data from a matrix using only a line?

I have data storaged in files with .txt format, that I upload into MATLAB.

I would like to plot the data using only a line. Is there any solution besides conecting every pair of points with lines, or is this even a good solution?

You really have two options. Plot markers, or plot a line. You have lots of plotting options in MATLAB. See this page for the basics of using plot. For more, visit Ch 9 of MATLAB Onramp.
