I can't install MATLAB2020b

It shown "Unable to retrieve products. For more information,..." and I did follow link "MATLAB Answer" but it not work.

Hello,
From my understanding, this issue looks like an installation error. You may try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. This error can be caused by an anti-virus or security program interfering with the MATLAB installer. Please try disabling any anti-virus you may have running and then try to install again.
2. Windows firewall might be blocking the network access. You may disable the firewall and retry the installation.
If the issue still persists, please create a service request or explore Installation help on the Contact Support page.
