- Yes, you can customize the source/header file templates to do this.
- I know that the Simulink Verification and Validation toolbox is able to generate test-cases for simulation - I'm guessing you should be able to re-use the same test-cases on the generated code (although I haven't personally tried this).
- I think that Custom Storage Classes allow you to do things like specify memory sections where parameters/signals should be allocated, but it may not offer as much customization as you appear to need.
Code Generation Questions for Simulink

Hello all, I had a few questions about generating code from simulink models.
1. Is there a way to annotate the file comment header?
2. Does the coder have any facility for emitting unit tests? I'd like to be able to run the code through unit tests on the target platform.
3. Is there a way to specify a memory allocator other than using a static structure?
I'll probably have more questions later, thanks in advance!
